We are on your side to make sure every moment is planned and executed the way you envision, maximizing your budget to go above and beyond your expectations. Our concierge approach to wedding planning takes the pressure off busy families to pull together all the elements that go into a special celebration. We act as a convenient single point of contact for everything from venue selection and management to transportation, entertainment, guest amenities, event bridal party hair and makeup for the day. If you prefer, we’re happy to handle specific aspects of the day while you coordinate the areas you prefer. We’ll handle the details to ensure your wedding day, and every day leading up to it, is as joyous and stress-free as possible.

Crazi Wedding Packages

Wedding Design + Day of Coordination

The event design package is for couples who can’t seem to fully grasp the creative direction of their Crazi wedding day. Crazi Designers come alongside you to direct, inspire and lead that creative conversation. We will create a visual inspiration board for you, including color, theme selection, layouts, research and custom creations. We will assist you as you reach out to other vendors to accomplish your creative goals. My desire is to curate every detail with your personal style in mind.  

Day of Coordination

This package is for the couple that has the details and the planning handled, but wants to keep the day-of simple for themselves and let someone else make the plans come to life. 

Having a coordinator allows you to hand over all event details and simply enjoy your special day, not work it. I will be responsible or ensuring that the even runs smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end.

Wedding Design + Month of Coordination

If you need extra support with design, colors, style, décor, floral, lighting, and the overall ambiance of you wedding this is a great place to start. We begin with our design questionnaire that helps us get to know you and your fiancé, your style and what aspect of the wedding are most important to you. From there we review your Pinterest Board or create an inspiration board for you to hone in on your style even more. We provide the absolute best recommendations that match your style, budget and vision in lighting, furniture, linens, rentals and florals and other décor items. Although we spearhead the design process, we work in collaboration with you and your venue and other vendors to pull your design together. 

Month of Coordination

Our version of month of is for the couple that wants to enjoy the day but also have a little help in the planning! We start working with our clients right away by being a resource on timeline and sending personalized vendor recommendations as needed. Although we really dive in 2 months out, we are in touch and available as a resource throughout your planning process. This comprehensive package includes up to 12 hours on the wedding day and many hours of planning prior to your wedding. We know handling the logistics and details can be stressful, so let us handle them! This package allows you to celebrate your wedding with piece of mind knowing everything is taken care of, so you can focus on the meaning behind the day.  

Partial Coordination

Couples often have some of the bigger items planned, but need help finalizing vendors, designs or details. We can add in a range of services based on those needs and then be there day of to make everything run smoothly. 

 

Partial planning focuses on the planning and logistics. We will organize your big day, create and run the timeline and carefully execute everything so you can avoid the headache and stress of wedding planning and provide a memorable gathering with your family and friends. We’ll provide you with the organizational tools to do it yourself but jump in throughout the process to make sure all goes as planned. 

DIY Crazi

Saving you money and time is our number one priority. Doing some of the projects for your wedding yourself can save you a large amount of money and help keep to a smaller budget. We know ow much time it takes to plan a wedding, especially with a full-time job! Our DIY wedding coordination has been created to help you create these details, brainstorm what we can do to stick with your budget and make your Crazi wedding your dream come true. The possibilities are Crazi and absolutely endless!

Full Design + Coordination 

This package is ideal for busy professionals, couples that live out of town or anyone who just knows they need help bringing in all of the details together. We will still customize the package so you are only paying for services that you utilize but will plan to be there with you throughout each step of the process.  

 

I promise to be with you from beginning to end, from the moment you reach out to us in excitement through the final dance call. I will walk through every detail from venue searching to floral choices, to guest counts and cake flavors. This package is ideal for clients who do not wish to spend an enormous amount of time and energy it takes to make your ideal day happen. It will be my joy to work together with you to inspire and ensure your wedding day is everything you’ve been dreaming of. This will happen through a series of meetings, sharing stories, ideas, Pinterest boards, and vendor visits. Each party will bring relevant knowledge and expertise to the table, in which we will begin to make decisions based upon what works best for you. I will source, plan, style and design each and every aspect of your wedding. This package is the most involved and has everything all wrapped into one. 

Wedding Design

This service is one of our specialties! Perhaps you are someone who has the details handled but are unsure of how to take what’s on your Pinterest page and make it reality. We can help with overall event design creation, implementation and set-up. 

Add-On Services + Custom Packages

Maybe you need a little more or a little less than any of the packages provide – not a problem! I am happy to add or subtract items a la carte to make sure you receive the highest quality of service. Pricing varies with selected services, let me put together a complimentary proposal for your wedding.  

Hourly Consulting

We’ve done it all and seen it all. Need a little advice and expertise on where to begin? We’ve got your back! Whether you need a little assistance on venue research, or a few recommendations on vendors, we can assist with our hourly consulting package. It’s the perfect option for the couple that knows exactly what they need, but wants a nudge in the right direction. Our hourly consulting can also help those couples that live in one state, but are getting married elsewhere. It gives a little piece of mind to have an in-town advocate! 

Pricing + Packages

Our prices are built on a solid foundation of wedding essentials, we know that each couple truly has unique needs (budget, style and personality) which is why we offer starting point prices for our design and coordination services; with our rentals always offered al la carte! We offer both planning and design services for our clients. We strive to do our absolute best in meeting your unique wedding or special event needs, both for decor and for planning logistics. Both services are very in-depth, labor intensive and time-consuming. Often the two responsibilities cross paths, which is why our packages cover all of these areas. Below is an overview of some of the key services we provide. We will discuss in more depth our specific packages and detailed offerings at your complimentary consultation in person, over the phone or via Skype or FaceTime. Many of our clients are from out of state, so no worries! We can accommodate those unique service needs as well.

Timelines

"The day flowed so smoothly and felt effortless and organic! It was such a blast!" We hear this from many of our couples and that "effortless", organic flow takes months of strategic planning. It's our goal that your wedding flows well, from the intimate quiet moments in preparation for your ceremony, to the welcoming cocktail hour, the applause filled grand entrance, the romance of your first dance, the memorable toasts to the unforgettable dance party! Our team creates a Master Production Schedule, connecting with each of your vendors to ensure all involved are set up to succeed. We take time to work with your photographer, catering, DJ and vendors to ensure this timeline accommodates all of your wedding needs, so we are each in sync. 

Since your family and wedding party don't need to know all the ins and outs of vendor load in, floral arrival and setup etc, we also create a specific Wedding Party Timeline. This is emailed in advance to your wedding party, immediate family and honored guests as applicable. We know that a lot of your excited bridesmaids and groomsmen will forget to print out the email, so we provide a Mini Timeline at your wedding rehearsal with all the key times they need to know about!

Budget Management

We find, regardless of budget, whether $20,000 or $160,000... discussing the budget is one of the most stressful aspects of planning your wedding. Most couples and parents (if paying for the wedding) have no idea how much vendors cost or what is considered average or high for budget allotment.

We will guide you through those conversations and help manage your budget, payment schedules and more. We create a custom budget for you and track our budget estimates, actual costs, monitor payments and send reminders when balances are due. This helps relieve much of the stress that comes with planning your wedding.

Digital Design Studio

On your Digital Planning Dashboard, we customize design concepts unique to your wedding style. Categorized for easy reference and available to you anywhere you go with easy online access! Our couples can't get enough of this feature! We know you all love Pinterest, but this takes it a step further in allowing us to streamline all your and our ideas into your virtual planner dashboard. No need to have multiple applications for planning your wedding! 

We will reference these cohesive design elements in your decor planning meetings. Your other vendors LOVE us for this service we provide. So much of the planning is our communication with your vendor team in accurately relaying your vision for your wedding, these visual aids help tremendously so all vendors are in mutual understanding of the visual plan.

Comprehensive Design Plan

Once we have gathered concepts in the Digital Design Studio, our team then puts the visual elements together in your customized Style Board for a cohesive and comprehensive decor plan. This is one of our favorite parts of the planning process! We are just as anxious to share with you, as you are to finally see your own custom style board! We will present selected fabrics, textiles, and some of the table elements to help convey the decor plan.

2D + 3D Renderings

With close to 5 years experience, when it comes to design layout and floor plans our team may have tremendous confidence in the plan, but you may be feeling a bit nervous. We do this all the time, you, however are starting to feel anxious wondering if it's going to all come together.

 

We understand those nerves, which is why we also provide both 2D and 3D renderings customized for your wedding layout and floor plan. We work very close with the Industries leading resources for CAD renderings and tent schematics.

Custom Checklists

As professional coordinators, we are all about checklists and more checklists. Many of the initial inquiries from our clients' start with an email, "HELP! I don't know where to begin..." As part of our signature experience, you get privilege access to our fine tuned list of tasks that we will break up into what is completed by our team and by you and your fiancé and sometimes, your parents (mothers are often involved!).

We break down our comprehensive list by task, by date and specific timeframes that we need to work within. You'll be able to clearly know what tasks you need to focus on and which tasks can you relax about knowing we have it handled. You'll get email reminders and in-app notifications! Our real time checklist allows us to pop in at any time to review progress and allow us to look over each time we speak or meet. Checklists can also be synced to your digital calendar!

Guest Management + Seating

Your virtual planning dashboard includes Guest Management aids! This allows us ease of use in organizing your invites, RSVPs, seating plan and more! 

With our signature experience, you get access to the industry's most state-of-the art seating plan! It's incredibly intuitive and user friendly. Simply upload your contacts into our database, or build the spreadsheet on our guest planner, and then easily drag and drop your guests' names to their seats with one simple click.

We are able to remove or add tables as your RSVP's shift. We can simply add or subtract chairs, rearrange people and can even note anyone with dietary restrictions, what seats are children or specific meal selections. We will have reference to this printable list on your wedding day to continue the streamlined process at your wedding.
